ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Coordinate the Intensive Family Services/Re-Entry program with Youth
Services of Tulsa. Work with the juvenile justice system to help families and
clients navigate the system, communicate better and solve problems. Organize
case managers and counseling staff to work with juveniles and their families
once a juvenile in the state’s custody.
Coordinate the Multi-Systemic program for Youth Services of Tulsa. Work
closely with multi-systemic counseling staff and the Multi-systemic team
supervisor.
Multi-systemic counselor for Youth Services of Tulsa. Work with a caseload of
clients and families using cognitive behavioral approaches to help families learn
how to solve their own problems.
Developed five separate training programs for JIM CREMIN ASSOCIATES,
INC. Those training programs include Active Listening, Confronting without

2. Guilt, and Communications for Young Women, Win/Win Conflict Resolution,
and Diversity Training.
Delivers training for Corporate Human Resource Departments. Has delivered
Stress Management and The Art of Communications to clients of JIM
CREMIN ASSOCIATES, INC. Evaluation responses were at the 88% approval
rating.
Delivered the Volunteer Training for CALL RAPE, INC. Facilitates the Active
Listening and Confronting without Guilt courses for Call Rape. I have received
overall about a 90% approval rating from the participants of this training.
Write, edit, and produce a quarterly newsletter for JIM CREMIN
ASSOCIATES, INC. We receive three or four calls from interested clients due
to this newsletter.
Develops and manages the office budget for JIM CREMIN ASSOCIATES.
Stays within the budget developed.
Co-Taught Effectiveness Training Seminars developed by Dr. Thomas Gordon
and the Effectiveness Training International, Inc.
Co-Taught the No-Lose Conflict Resolution seminars for the Catholic Schools in
Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Co-Facilitated Goal Setting/Power of the Mind workshop for the players and
coaches of the University of Tulsa Basketball Team for the 1993-94 and 1994-
95 seasons. Coaches’ comment on the workshop was that it was a valuable part
of the successful season.
Has done one on one tutoring for the University level student-athletes and has
continuous contact with the athletic staff for academic performance and classes
of those tutored. Areas of tutoring are History, Education, and Psychology.
Both players tutored maintained eligibility.
Instruct students at Tulsa Community College in a variety of courses. Courses
taught: Human Relations, General Psychology and Introduction to Sociology.
Instruct students at Langston University in a variety of sociology courses.
Courses taught: Urban Sociology, Social Anthropology, Concepts of Culture,
Great Issues in Contemporary Society, Urbanization and Community, and Social
Research.
