This document describes an Android mobile app for employee attendance tracking. The app allows employees to check in and out from their smartphones using GPS. Their location and timestamps are sent to a cloud-based attendance software. The software compiles reports showing each employee's check-ins, check-outs, and locations. It can track attendance across multiple locations from any internet-connected device. The app and cloud software provide advantages like remote tracking, real-time updates, and automated alerts over traditional timekeeping methods.

3. Android App for Employee Attendance:-
In today’s world every thing is shrinking in a small device called as Smart Phone. By using the
same Smart device (Smart Phone) we can make the Attendance of the employees. GPS
and GPRS should be on these mobiles. The mobile application is smart and uses GPS &
GPRS only at the time of punch, so data uses (internet) is less.
Advantages of Android App
1. Employees can make In & Out from their smart Phones with a Application installed on it.
2. When a employee makes IN or Out Attendance punch from a mobile his location is
displayed in a cloud base attendance software.
3. Employee can view the last 8 days punches made by him on his smart phone.
4. Punches make from mobile are transferred to a cloud base attendance software. A report
is displayed with location name and IN & Out time of these employees. A link to view

Advantages of Cloud base Attendance Software.
1. Cloud base Attendance (Web base) Software is a comprehensive Attendance software
can be access through a Web browser from any PC with internet. All punches from
Android App are processed and comprehensive reports can be printed.
2. Push data attendance machine can be connected to this software for stationed employees
like office employees. These machines directly push the data (Attendance punches) using
internet to cloud attendance software
