- 2. GENRE AND FORMAT • The format of this film is a series as there is more than one episode made. • The genre is crime and fictional crime which means its not based on a true story.
- 3. NARRATIVE • The narrative is linear, but uses a lot of flashback to I inform you about the characters backgrounds. • The flash backs helps us understand what the characters are like as well as learning about why they ended up on the island
- 4. NARRATIVE STORY ARC The characters get to the island All the characters sit at dinner and reveal there murders All the characters admit there crimes while flashbacks are revealed They find out something mysterious in the house is going on People start dying in the house and the assistant finds a weird poem and notices the figurines on the table are going missing every time a person dies
- 5. ANALYZING A SCENE This scene has a shallow focus which focuses on one of the men. This shows that the man seems like he has more power then the other characters. Also this changes the mood to be quite intimidating for the audience as the lighting around the character is quite low. This makes the scene quite strange and mysterious .
- 6. COMPARE AND CONTRAST • This is completely different to cyber bully as this movie didn’t have laptops or iPhones. The costumes are pretty smart compared to cyber bully where her cloths are more modern. The lighting in And then there where none was pretty light where as Cyber bully was always dark.
