 Created ideas and technical description of the
gifts

 Fulfilled payment, production and delivery

 Supervised the preparation of the layouts
 Received the gifts and delivered them to 5
mills and 5 trade offices (located in CIS, EU,
USA, UAE)
 Controlled the budget
Result: all the gifts were produced according
to the technical specification and delivered in
time; due to my negotiations with the
contractors, the prices for the gifts in USD
equivalent were lower for 15-30% comparing
to the previous years

What was the problem?
Due to the mistake of the IT team, payment system
launched at the conference website sent the money
to temporary bank account
How did I express resoluteness?
 Supervised the IT team to relaunch the system
 Made official apologies and refunded money to
customers within 3 working days
Result: the customers executed re-payment
amounted to 16000 USD; having fixed the initial
technical error, we received 81650 USD through
the website payment form

MORE THAN EXPECTED
2011-2013, DNU, different types of
activities in DNU Students’ board
How did I express proactivity?
 Found new participants of the board and train them to develop their talents
 Created new events (Week of cultures, Open-house for the school
graduates, Miss faculty etc.)
 Carried on charity projects for orphanage
 Supervised the launch of electronic faculty’s newspaper
Result: the students understood that the board is cool and able to make a
change – for the beginning, in the faculty’s life and life of the people
nearby; when I was a head of student’s board, the active part of it
enlarged from 5 people to 25+ people
