3. Stress:
Stress is primarily a physical response. When stressed, the body thinks it is under attack
and switches to ‘fight or flight’ mode, releasing a complex mix of hormones and chemicals
such as adrenaline, cortisol and norepinephrine to prepare the body for physical action.
This causes a number of reactions, from blood being diverted to muscles to shutting down
unnecessary bodily functions such as digestion.
Signs and Symptoms:
Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed
Apathy, loss of interest in work
Problems sleeping
Fatigue
Trouble concentrating
Muscle tension or headaches
Stomach problems
Social withdrawal
Loss of sex drive
Using alcohol or drugs to cope
4. Objective:
▪ To find the stress level with the impact of work environment.
▪ To evaluate the impact of good working environment on employee performance/ stress.
▪ To identify the impact of good working environment on employee work performance.
Methodology:
This paper is a cross sectional studies involving 100 officers of different ages whose have
different age. Data have been collected in different organization of Dhaka. Data are
designated on the perception of employees and their responsive view point associated
aspect have been collected through questionnaire method during March to April, 2018.
There are five scaling method in questionnaire. These are elaborated below. “Strongly
Agree”, “Agree”, “Neutral”, “Disagree” & “Strongly disagree”
