Front Cover I named the magazine Deuces because it was a recent song that came and the song was about chilling out, with your mates and not really worrying about anything, if you stick your Deuces up Its like sticking your two fingers up at someone . I used this quote because its like almost an inviting question to the readers and audience to say, “What is he born to do?” and “Who is he?” The deuces chat is like a regular weekly feature and also the free stuff will make more readers want to buy the magazine, because there is more incentive to buy something if you get extra “stuff” with it especially from popular artists. The cover line I used here about Eminem is a big incentive to get the magazine because its all about his life and this is a big topic in the music world about how much of a tough life he has had, therefore this article will be very popular. I used this picture because it’s a very serious pose, making him look like he has a story behind this seriousness.

4. Contents Page I had it in bold because this is the main article in the magazine and it needs to be highlighted the most. I used this as the main image because its hiding what his article is about with a straight face and therefore makes you want to read on. The free stuff section will help advertise the magazine very well because people may think ‘ Ah if I buy this magazine I can get this free’ its also been in other magazines and therefore a proven way of getting business. The fashion section of the magazine is a new feature to a music magazine, I did it to make the magazine a lot more unique. The main features in a magazine are very important because people need to know what page to go on to see the advertised articles and Interviews.

5. Double Page Spread I used this as my main picture because I think it makes him look like he's looking across at his life on the other page with one jokey picture showing he has a sense of humour, one serious ‘ hard looking’ pose and the other of him looking around at the world he’s living in and a look of sadness comes with that. The article is quite small however it gets straight to the point and doesn’t waste time. its also not a really big boring article which the reader will not even bother read after a glance at how big it is. I used this picture because it’s quite different from all the other pictures on this page as Tee-J’s just staring straight down the camera. I used this quote because I think from the article it’s the most controversial quote and its showing that he has a strong personality and doesn’t want to just follow the trend.
