We need to have a Yammer "go live" and "keep alive" plan.
Enterprise social is not Facebook so it's not going to miraculously just work.
We need to provide a compelling reason why people should get into Yammer (WIFM?).
Yammer needs to provide business value and personal value.
Single sign-on is important to Provoke & so are the admin features of Yammer.
We were missing a key message as to why Yammer.

• Find some Yammer Champs (must include key business
leaders and influencers).

Global Admin is a truly global admin
Yammer is really different to how “traditional” business works today
Yammer has cross over with Lync, SharePoint, word, email etc people will ask where to do work
Yammer “today” is not integrated into the Microsoft family
If you don’t deploy Yammer (or an alternative) someone in the business might be deploying it (read
