This document provides guidelines for authors presenting at the ICAMMT-2022 conference on Electrical Discharge Machining. Presenters should arrive 10 minutes before their session starts and introduce themselves to the session chairs. Presentations will be 8-10 minutes with an additional 2 minutes for Q&A. Presentations should concisely convey objectives, facts, results and findings. The title slide must include the paper title, author list, paper ID and session number. PowerPoint format is recommended, and videos/animations must run automatically. Font sizes of 24-28 for text and 32 bold for headings are suggested, with a 10 slide maximum.

2. Paper Presentation Guidelines for the Authors
Dear Authors/Presenters,
• In order to ensure a smooth performance during the session, please consider
the following instructions:
 Be in the session room 10 minutes before the session starts and introduce
yourself to the session chairs.
 Kindly be ready with a laptop having the final presentation and the proper
internet connectivity for the online PPT purpose. A volunteer will also be there
online to help you start your PPT at the time of the presentation.
 Oral presentations for the ICAMMT-2022 have been allocated 8-10 minutes of
effective presentation time.
 Additional 2 minutes given to Question / Answer, and a 01-minute turnaround
time between presenters.

3. Paper Presentation Guidelines for the Authors
• Authors must prepare their oral presentations to be sure to convey their message in
a clear and sharp manner, including giving outlines of the key objectives/
principles, facts, results, and findings. More detailed discussions can continue
during the breaks or in an additional given periodas per the schedule.
• THE TITLE PAGE OF THE PPT SHOULD INCLUDE:
 Title of the paper
 Author List (as per ICAMMT-2022 submission)
 ICAMMT Paper Id
 Session Number (as per the schedule)
• In order to avoid any compatibility problems, read carefully the instructions
below.

 We recommend the PPT/PPTX format instead of the PPS
