 Rotogravure Printing M.L.S Machine:
Rotogravure (roto or gravure for short) is a type of intaglio Printing process, in that it involves
engraving the image onto an image carrier. In gravure printing, the image is engraved onto a copper
cylinder because, like offset and flexography, it uses a rotary printing press. Unwinder, Rewinder,
common for all print units, Infeed, Outfeed, are individually driven by AC drives. Turret system with
flying splice facilitates automatic reel change-over without stopping the machine.
 Rotogravure Printing E.L.S Machine:
Control system: All the printing units, Unwinder, Rewinder, Infeed and Outfeed are individually
driven by servo motors-drives and controlled and supervised by the high performance PLC . CTNet is
used for maintaining tight synchronization between all the drives by providing fast, reliable and jitter-
free communication. Turret system with flying splice facilitates automatic reel change-over without
stopping the machine.
Operator Interface: Master operator control panel touch screen operator interface located at Rewind
side and remote operator control panel located at unwind side and individual control panel on each
printing units.
 SLITTING MACHINE:
Slitting, also known as log slitting, is a shearing operation that cuts a large roll of material into
narrower rolls. Slitting is a process in which a coil of material is cut down into a number of smaller
coils of narrower measure. Rewinder, Nip roller, are individually driven by AC drives.
 LAMANITION MACHINE:
A laminate is a material constructed by uniting two or more layers of material together. The process of
creating a laminate is lamination, which in common parlance refers to the placing of something
between layers of plastic and sealing them with heat and/or pressure, usually with an adhesive. Turret
system with flying splice facilitates automatic reel change-over without stopping the machine.
