Amish Tripathi is an Indian novelist known for his Shiva trilogy of books. He was born in 1974 in Mumbai and grew up in Odisha. Tripathi worked in finance for 14 years before becoming a novelist. His notable works include the Immortals of Meluha, Secret of the Nagas, and Oath of the Vayuputras. He has won several awards for his literature including the Society Young Achievers Award and has been listed as one of India's most influential celebrities by Forbes India multiple times.
