Academic Manager I have been Ms. Nielsen's direct supervisor. Throughout the period of her

language ability and excellent class performance prompted me to promote her from initial teaching of
lower-level classes of children to entrusting her with our highest-level academic classes, which she is

to motivate her students to achieve better performance. Moreover, she knows how to work effectively
in a team of our foreign teachers. She is always willing to share her classroom ideas and extra.materials
