Christian Hadjiminas, Managing Director
Christian is a graduate of Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics and MBA from the
Wharton Business School. He worked for four years as a senior trader at Phibro, a division
of Salomon Inc. and in 1987 he set up his own company in New York. Subsequently, he
founded European Finance Associates (EFA) in Athens, specializing in financial services,
and more specifically, in investment banking and offsets. Pursuant to a cooperation since
1990 with Altium (previously part of Apax Partners), the investment-banking department
has recently become a member of Altium network as its Greek office. Christian has led a
number of cross-border private transactions.
Evangelos Boutlas, Associate
Evangelos holds an LLM and LLB from the University of London. His academic
qualifications include a Law degree from Athens Law School, a postgraduate degree in
Tax Legislation from Athens School of Economics and numerous participation in Greek
and International Tax and Legal Congresses. His working experience includes 5 years with
KPMG in Athens where he worked first as an auditor and then as a Senior Tax Advisor,
operating primarily in the areas of Corporate Law, International Taxation, M&As and

Dimitris holds an MBA in Investment Management from Pace University New York – Lubin
School of Business and a BA in Financial and Banking Management from University of
Piraeus. Prior to Altium, Dimitris has worked with UBS Wealth Management in New York
as a senior sales development strategist. He has focused on asset retention projects that
reduced outflows by $1billion in the greater region of New England. His working
experience also includes Bear Stearns Asset Management in New York, as a VP of
Business Strategy, where he handled several projects including operations consulting,
restructuring and product strategy that enabled the business unit to reach an AUM CAGR
of 50%. With Altium he handles business opportunity scans in SE Europe.
Manos Patsios, Associate
Manos holds an MBA in Investment and Finance from Exeter University and a Bachelor
degree in Economic and Banking from Hartwick College New York. Prior to joining Altium,
Manos worked for a year at UBS Warburg in London (Greek team) working on many
corporate financial transactions. He has focused on media telecommunication and new
economy industries and gained great experience in issues concerning digital terrestrial
