intergovernmental affairs, finance, logistics, budgeting, human
resources, strategic planning and management, performance
management and capital planning. Throughout his career,
Jefferson has served in roles with Public Works, Growth and
Environment Management, Finance, Procurement, Animal
Services, Building and Zoning, Construction, Judicial System,
Housing and Community Development, Economic
Development, Community Redevelopment Agencies and
Municipal Services.
Jefferson has provided leadership in large, medium and large
sized county government agencies with budgets ranging from
$500 million to $5.2 billion.
Jefferson’s professional experience includes teaching online as
