For each client, the author worked directly with them to design, plan and specify products for their new office or co-working spaces. One client spent additional money above the budget to get their desired design solution and referred other customers. Another client had ongoing changes made to accommodate a retail component.

regarding zoning issues that pertained to co-working and retail spaces. Customer continues to work with
us on changes to their space due to the retail component. We help them reconfigure design, add in new
product introductions etc.
