It addresses questions about what defines a game, why there are no female players on some teams, why people get passionate about watching others compete, what defines a team, and why spectators cannot join the game on the field. It notes that games involve competition for fun or reward, and explores reasons for gender imbalance and spectators' investment in teams, noting competitive drive and identification with local teams. It defines a team as people working together toward a shared goal and explains that allowing spectators on the field could create dangerous crowding and interfere with play.

innovation within the social media space- why the masculine model of traditional marketing is dead and the world of social media allows companies to have intimate and authentic conversations with women. There are now more women than men on most social networks. Women now represent a larger financial opportunity than India and China combined according to the HBR, companies must look outside of marketing and create innovative solutions built upon credible advocacy.
This piece is dedicated to the countless people in support (the non revenue generating wings) who have passion for only one thing, making sure you win. Personally, I am fortunate enough to meet such wonderful people, who are right mix of being ambitions and selfless. They motivate me. This is my take on why on any given day, I would choose support over operation, that actually generates revenue and are king of the game.
Support is not for all and can never be. It requires special mettle and special thought process ....

1. What is a game?
A game is a competition that’s held for fun and/or reward. People come together to compete
and show that they are better at a challenge than the people they are competing against.
This doesn’t have to be just baseball, there are other sports, but people also compete in
business and other endeavors they enjoy or are important to them.
2. Why are there no female players?
In this particular game there are none, but women have their own baseball teams, as well
as other sports. This is due to a misconception by a lot of men and some women that men are
stronger and faster than women, but this is not necessarily true. Unfortunately, that’s just the
way it is now, but with the rapid pace our society has been moving this will probably be an
obsolete situation before too long.
3. Why do people get so passionate about watching other people play games?
First of all, humans are very competitive, meaning they like to win. Often they base the
decision of whom they will support according to where they live or which team is the best at
the time. They want to support whomever they feel is the best and could win all the awards.
When their team is losing they tend to boo and yell out profanities and to get overly drunk
when their team is winning. I know, makes no sense to me either.
4. What is a team?
A team is a select number of people who come together as comrades. They all have the
same goal and purpose. They support each other and are not supposed to be out for their own
2. recognition, but for the good of the team. Sometimes there is a person who is extra proficient
at what he does and he may become more well known, but they are meant to work together to
reach a goal.
5. Why can’t people in the seats just go down to the field and join in?
First of all, it would be way too crowded and the game could not continue. There are only
a certain amount of players on each team and both sides are proportioned equally. The
people in the stands are very excitable and in the past have rioted during different types
of games and people were hurt and things destroyed. So they stay in the stands and support
the team they like with their screams and presence, although sometimes they run onto the
field at the end of a game, it is best they stay in the stands.
