Introducing the Spinocerebellar Ataxia Modeling Suite, which integrates a variety of molecules, proteins, ion channels, and ions, along with their associated reaction-diffusion and signaling pathways. This modeling suite is a prime example of using computational biology for translational, precision, and systems medicine. Health and disease are both simulated in these publicly available models. References are provided for each paper that describes model development and results.
