Supervising the movements of Cheques (request, receive,
filling, send for clearance, send to Lawyer);
Requesting the Cheques for all product from Imaging
Center/Archives;
Communicating and Follow up with Imaging Center to
receive the Cheques within TAT;
Filing all the Cheques/Documents which we received;
Preparing the list of fresh Cheques which received from IC
and forward it to Collection to confirm whether present the
Cheque or to keep it on hold;
Preparing the Cheques which to be send for clearing;
Communicating and Follow up with COPS to bounce the
Cheques and return it back to Collection with TAT;
Preparing the list of customers which doesn’t have account
no. to open for them by COPS in order to clear the Cheque;
Preparing the list of returned Cheques which received from
COPS and forward it again to Collection to confirm whether
proceed legal action against the customers or to keep the
case on hold;
Preparing all the documents to be sending to the lawyers
for file the police cases and follow up with them;
Updating all the date in RAK Bank systems and base file;
Supervising & preparing the reports for the Cheques;
