Getaio is an expense management platform that issues prepaid business credit cards to employees. It aims to streamline expense processes by eliminating out-of-pocket costs, physical receipts, and expense reports. Employees can request budgets through the app, which managers can approve, and all spending is tracked in real-time on the cards. Transactions are tagged and receipts uploaded through the app. Spending reports can then be exported for accounting. This guide gives you an overview of how to use
aio* to manage your company expenses.
Once you complete your personal profile we
will send you your aio* business payment card.
The payment cards integrate with the app
allowing you to manage your expenses better.
Request budget for activities upfront or be
assigned funds by a manager, spend on your
card wherever MasterCard is accepted –
update the transactions with receipts and tags
on the go.
The old way of managing expenses is broken
and this system makes collecting receipts,
filing expense reports and paying out of pocket
a thing of the past.

Your dashboard shows you your current
card balance and other useful
information about your spend
1. Logout and get support from the
top menu bar
2. Submit support tickets by clicking
“Help”
3. Pick a subject and write a
description
4. Click “SUBMIT ISSUE”

17. Submit a new
budget request
1. Navigate to the “REQUESTS” tab
2. Click “NEW REQUEST”
In the pop up form -
3. Enter the amount you require
4. A short reason for the request
5. Include additional notes that may be
useful in describing your request
6. If your team is managing multiple
budgets, select the relevant budget
from the drop down list
7. Indicate what time frame you need
the budget within
8. Click “SUBMIT”
Your manager will receive a notification to
review

pending requests
1. Click on a pending request on the
‘pending request list’ of
“REQUESTS”
2. Click “CANCEL” to cancel a
pending request
The request will be deleted from your
request list and the manager will no
longer see it

“spend” tab

“change”
If you have finished the activity it's
easy to return change to your company
1. In “REQUESTS” tab click
“PROCESSED REQUESTS” button
2. Click to open a processed request
3. See how much money you have
tagged to the activity
4. Click “RETURN UNSPENT
FUNDS”
The balance of the request will be
returned from your card to the
company float account
