AHC Inc. is a nonprofit organization that has been providing affordable housing and community programs since 1975. It currently owns and manages 19 affordable apartment communities with over 2,600 homes in the mid-Atlantic region. AHC provides onsite educational and resident services programs at 7 community centers that serve over 2,000 children and families each year in partnership with other local organizations. AHC has received several awards and recognition for the quality of its housing, resident services programs, and management over the past 35 years.
