1. That I ______________________________
That I am Mechanic of Air Conditioner, Refrigrator, Water Purify and other
Electronic appliances. I am running my above said work under name and style
____________________ at _________________ from the period w.e.f.__________.
Today i.e. dated ____________ I am obtaining the Francise of Rudraksh Services
&Care Pvt. Ltd. For the said purpose I am paying Rs.10,000/- to Rudraksh Services
&Care Pvt. Ltd. and got myself registered with Rudraksh Services &Care Pvt. Ltd.
From today onwards I will work under the terms and conditions as laid down by the
Rudraksh Services &Care Pvt. Ltd. which are as under: -
1. As per the terms and conditions laid down by Rudraksh Services &Care Pvt.
Ltd. and the settlement arrived between myself and Rudraksh Services &Care
Pvt. Ltd., I will be paid 70% amount out of the total amount of A.M.Cs,which I
or my employees/team will done only for the period of 12 months under/on
behalf of said company Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. The above said
70% amount out of the total amount of A.M.C. Of 12 months will be paid to
me by Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. @ 5.9% per month which will only
be paid by Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. to me after my providing
complete services and to the satisfaction of said Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt.
Ltd.
2. That if I will not provide my services for the AMC done by me, in that case if
company Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. takes services of some other
person/mechanic instead of me then the amount payable to said mechanic will
be paid by the Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. from my commission of

2. above said 70% as per the service provided by said another mechanic.
3. That I will do the work only under the name and style of Rudraksh Services &
Care Pvt. Ltd. in future for the period of next five years and will bound myself
for the said period with Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. In case I will leave
the Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. then after expiry of three years I will
give a one month prior notice to Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. and after
clearing all the outstandings and obtaining clean chit from the Rudraksh
Services & Care Pvt. Ltd.
4. That I will sell and done the A.M.C for only Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt.
Ltd.
5. That I bind myself to pay 10% amount of service and 15% amount of the spare
parts regarding the services done by me or my team individually to Rudraksh
Services & Care Pvt. Ltd.
6. That I issue every bill regarding the work done by my in my service center and
will maintain all the record in this regard. In case of any failure on my behalf
then Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. can take fine of 10 times from me
and I will pay the same without any objection. If I will not pay the said amount
then the company can take legal action against me and I also bind myself to
pay the expenses on said legal action.
7. That I will provide complete services to the satisfaction of company Rudraksh
Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. and the customers regarding the AMC done by me
and my team and individual service.
8. That I will not misuse the name and fame of Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt.

3. Ltd. and I individually will be responsible for any mistake committed by me
and company Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for
the misdeeds if any conducted by me.
9. That if will do any mistake in my work then Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt.
Ltd. can cancel my franchise after giving my notice in this regard and the
above said security amount of Rs.10,000/- can be forfeited by the company and
I will not raise any issue in this regard.
10. That in case any damage or loss to the electronic appliances of customer will
took place due to my or my team's service then I will solely responsible for the
payment of said loss to the customer and company Rudraksh Services & Care
Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for it. In case of any action taken by the
customer against Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. and if any loss occurs to
company then in that eventuality I myself will pay the said loss to the
company. In case of my failure to pay the said loss to company then the
company can take legal action against me and will also be entitled to deduct
said amount of loss from my commission of 70%.
11. That I will provide my service to particular customer during the period of 24
working hours of complaint lodge by said customer to the company or myself.
12. That I will bind by any amendments in the terms and conditions of company
in future.
13. That if I will spend any amount or employ any staff and spend any amount on
the assets then I will personally liable to pay for the same and company will
not be liable for any payment towards the abovesaid expenditures.

4. 14.During the time of service the to and fro charges i.e. petrol, diesel, or any other
maintenance of the vehicle shall be borne by myself and company will not be
liable to pay for the same to me.
15.That in case of any theft or loss of articles belonging to any customer in my
office then in that case I will solely responsible for the said loss and the
company will not be liable for the same.
16.That the company Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. can asked about the
accounts from me at any time and I will be bound to show the accounts to the
said company and will not raise any objection in this regard and if any
outstanding found against me then I will be liable to pay the same to the
company at that time and in case of failure the company is empowered to
recover the same from me through any legal action.
17.That the company Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd. is giving to me Light
Board 10 x 3 feet, visiting cards, stationary, broushers, bill books, stamps, I.D.
Cards, Batch card, and online system. At the time of my leaving the franchises
or withdrawal of my franchises by the company, then I will be responsible to
handover the above said articles to the company and undertake not to misuse
the above said articles in any manner till the time the same remains in my
presence.
18.That the company can enhance the surcharge at any time without any notice to
me and I will not raise any issue in this regard and will be bound by the
decision of the company Rudraksh Services & Care Pvt. Ltd.
