Africa Futel Solar Energy was established in 2011 as a partnership with
Shandong Futel Technology.
Key objective of the company is to provide effective and sustainable solar
energy solutions initially within the South African market then SADEC and then
the continent as a whole.
South African contribution to the overall partnership is a combined
experience of well over 30 years between the founding members.
The company is already registered with SESSA and just concluding
registration with Eskom. Africa Futel Solar Energy recently received
approval and certification of its 1OOL low-pressure solar geyser by SABS.

4. ABOUT US
Shandong Futel Technology Co. Ltd was founded in Oct 2000 and located in
Zibo, Shandong specializing in the exploitation, production and application of solar
collector products. Since its foundation, Futel quickly became a flagship high-tech
enterprise and stayed vibrant in the solar market during the last decade. Futel
Solar Water Heater, since coming to market in 2004, is maintaining high-speed
development. With an annual growth rate of 70 percent, its market currently
covers north, northwest and northeastern of China. Futel consistently emphasizes
on the technology input and new product development.
It has established an Institute of Solar Energy cooperating with Shandong
University of Technology. Futel has also received the ISO 9001 certification for
quality management, ISO 14001 certification for environment management, CCC
(China Compulsory Certification), Energy-Saving certification from China
Standard Certification Center and so on.
