Michael was very quick to respond to my email
inquiring about obtaining an appraisal. He was
available when I needed him, showed up on time, and
was very efficient with the inspection. He put a rush on
the report and got it to me within a very quick turn-
around time. His price was excellent. I am a real estate
broker so I am also able to say that his appraisal
report was exactly on target with clear knowledge of
