Serbia organize the following workshops and training seminars:
ο Accredited Mediator Training - 5-day training prescribed by the
Ministry of Justice Rulebook, as a requirement for a mediation license
ο Specialized family mediation training (2 days)
ο Specialized corporate and commercial mediation training (2 days)
ο Specialized property and personal injury mediation training (2 days)
ο Basic communication and negotiation - 2-day training, enabling
participants to gain basic communication and negotiation skills
ο Advanced communication and negotiation - 2-day training, enabling
participants to overcome common bariers to agreement in disputes
ο Basic conflict competency -1 day workshop to acquire basic skills
necessary to prevent, manage and overcome workplace conflicts.
ο Mediation Advocacy - 2- day training for lawyers, attorneys and in-
house counsel to represent clients and companies in mediation cases
ο Mediation Case-management - 1 day workshop will enable case-
managers to successfully develop, prepare, and monitor mediation
cases, and cooperate with mediators

ο developed a 4-level mediation training for
lawyers (outreach, mediation advocacy skills, 5-
day mediators training, advanced negotiation
skills), and is currently developing a case-
mediation system tailored to the needs of Bar
Associations
ο developed capacity of the State Commissioner
for Anti-Discrimination and developed and
delivered a specialized training for mediators
and established mediation case-management
system for discrimination cases
ο provided technical assistance in establishing the
first Community Mediation Center in Serbia
ο developed unique E-learning platform serving
over 1000 attorneys and other legal
professionals in Serbia, and is building capacity
of five national Bar Associations in the region to
develop e-learning continuing legal education
