 Receiptof GRV from C & F agent.
 Updating PRONTO as goods received status.
 Verifying UTI invoices according to contractual agreed rates.
 Ensuring adherence to all agreed KPI’s for service providers with regards to consolidation periods, time taken to give
billings and quotes, collectionrequests from suppliers (EXW) and on route KPI’s for eachmode of transport.
 Personally approve allcollectionrequests (local& international).
 Monthly reporting for Management on allshipments done.
 All CapitalEquipment shipping status reporting.
 Received the responsibility as the dedicated systems administrator implementing all aspects for the PRONTO shipping
module and Qlickview.
 Responsible for on-site training of Pronto shipping module and Qlickview.
