Has been working as a full time paid production engineer in the department of beer
production process in AL- AHRAM BAVEREGES COMPANY(Heineken-Egypt)from
2000 until now
(In Brewhouse)
1. Supervises and coordinates activities of working in brewhouse of malt liquor
establishment
2. Trains worker in operation of equipment
3. Inspects and evaluates milling,mashing,brewing,cooling,operation to determine
conformance to laboratory report specifications and established production
procedures
4. Observes time temperature and pressure recording chart on machines and
compares readings with work order specifications
5. Conducts iodine tests of mash and specific gravity tests of to determine
6. Operate four vessel computer controlled brew house in including milling
mashing lautering,boiling hop additions,whirlpool,and wort cooling.tend or
operate and control equipment such as kettels to cook ingredients or prepare
Products for further processing,Emhoff reading PH calibrations CIP ofbrew
house
7. Plan and establish work schedules, assignmer and production sequences to meet
production goals.
8. Work to develop new product recipes and processes.
9. Schedules and develops preventative maintenance routines.

2. Daily analysis for the constituents of the beer during the fermentation

3. Responsible for beer filtration process
4. Responsible for cleaning in place process for all beer lines for
Hygienic purpose.
5. Analysis the parameters of the finished the product before packaing by beer
Analyzer (Anton bar), PH meter and colorimetric apparatus
6. Make calibration for the beer Analyzer density meter and PH mater.
Besides to cleaning the CO2 measuring apparatus
7. Make standard operation procedure (SOP) for the steps of production
To produce batches with the same quality.
8. Updating the operation control system occording to the result of
Experiments.
9. Check the accuracy of the measuring apparatus in regular schedles.
10. Prepare the accurate concentration of chemical substance that
