1. Adam and Eve looked like ordinary human beings, as the Bible describes them as the first man and woman created in God's image. 2. After sinning, Adam and Eve felt guilty for disobeying God and tried to hide from him. They were then overwhelmed by the penalties of physical death, hardship in life, and separation from God's blessings in the Garden of Eden. 3. Their sin also gave them a sense of shame about their nakedness. God clothed them to be modest and set a standard of proper dress to avoid lust and show godliness.
