It suggests that practicing gratitude through starting each day with thanks and ending thankful helps keep one spiritually strong by maintaining an attitude of gratitude.
Worry.
The Bible verse 1 John 4:12 states that no one has seen God, but if we love each other, God lives in us and His love is perfected in us. The document encourages the reader not to feel discouraged because God's love is at work in their life and He helps us love others as He loves us. It suggests asking God for help in knowing how to meet needs and build relationships.
Care
The Bible passage encourages cheerful giving without reluctance or compulsion as God loves generous donors. Mother Teresa advised helping one person if unable to help many. For some, happiness comes from others showing they care. Giving can cheer one's own heart and life.

Mercy
Mercy is a gift from God that He asks us to give to others through forgiveness, not because they deserve it but because of the mercy God has shown us. When we show mercy and forgiveness to others, it also brings freedom to ourselves. God asks us to walk humbly with Him by showing mercy as He has shown mercy to us.
Joy.
Jesus found His joy not in earthly pleasures but in obeying God's will by enduring the cross to deal with sin and death once for all. This allowed believers to have full and lasting joy through their relationship with Jesus, as He discussed with His disciples.
Rejoice.
The Bible passage from Philippians encourages the reader to rejoice in God and not be anxious about anything, but instead make all requests known to God through prayer and thanksgiving. As one waits for answers in life, they should take the opportunity to rejoice in God and through doing so can experience God's best while patiently waiting.

- Introduction : Understanding God’s plan of Salvation is as easy as A-B-C. These verses from the book of Romans are called the "Roman's Road." We call this God’s simple plan of salvation. I. A LL HAVE SINNED -- Romans 3:23 “all” = universality of sin, therefore "you" have sinned. “Sinned” = "miss the mark." God's mark is perfection and absolute holiness (Matt.5:48; 1 Pet.1:16). "Fall short' definition of sin as not measuring up to God's standard. 1. Guilty sinners -- Yes, we stand guilty before the Judge of the universe as having violated His holy precepts and are deserving of the consequences he hands down. 2. Helpless sinners -- See Romans 3:10-12 “No one” is emphatic. "Righteous" = straight, therefore none righteous, but all are crooked, bent, perverse. “Understands” = according to Proverbs 14:12 man thinks he's O.K. but he's not. “Turned away” = compare Isaiah 53:6. ‘Unprofitable’ = useless, unlovely. “None does good” = can't do good to save ourselves. This point should be emphasized to those who think they can merit or work for God's salvation. 3. Condemned sinners -- See Romans 6:23a “Wages” = what we earn for- our sin = death. “Death” = physical, spiritual (separation or alienation from God), eternal (Rev.20:15 = Hell).
