Making the most of your time!

1. THIS IS YOUR TIME! Time is running out! “Who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14.

2. There comes in every life when we must fulfil appointments, from an appointment with the headmaster when we leave school, appointments for job interviews, and appointments with the bank manger, even to an appointment with the dentist. Each appointment must be fulfilled if we like it or not. Today I want to speak of appointments, that all MUST face! Time is running out!

3. THIS IS YOUR TIME FOR SALVATION. “Who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” In Ecclesiastes 3:1 it say, “To everything there is a season, a TIME for every purpose under heaven.” Then the following verses go on to give some examples of the TIMING of God, “A TIME to be born, a TIME to plant, a TIME to heal, a TIME to build up, a TIME to embrace, a TIME to gain, a TIME to speak, a TIME to love, and a TIME of peace.” Time is running out!

4. I want to ask the question today, “What is the TIMING of God for YOU, at this TIME today?” Is this day going to be a special day in your life, may I say a day that you will never forget. There are many special days in our life that we look forward too, and remember: To the child it is Christmas day. To the young women it is her wedding day. To the young man it is the day his team wins the world cup. To the young couple it is the birth of their first child. To the older couple it is the birth of their first grandchild. Time is running out!

5. Can I now add one more “special day” in someone’s life he. Is this the day of your salvation? Some ask why do I need salvation? What does salvation mean? Salvation: is the saving of a man or women from sin (the breaking of a moral law, a serious fault or offence) and its penalty. Time is running out! What if today, you had be caught in the most terrible crime of the law of this land, the penalty of that act of crime was the death sentence. You committed the crime, and now you are sentenced to die. Now what if someone else was willing to die in your place, and you would go free?

6. Well believe it or not you have committed the greatest of crimes before a Holy God, you have sinned (done wrong in the eyes of a holy God), and the penalty of that sin was death! But wait a minute! Here is the SON of God being crucified on a CROSS, He that knew no sin because sin for you. Yes! Jesus the Son of God, died in your place, so that you can go free. Time is running out!

7. The ONLY sin that will take a man or women to hell will not be that they murdered 3 million Jews, or killed a small child. The ONLY sin will be “THEY REJECTED THE SALVATION OF THE SON OF GOD.” If today you believe that there is another way to heaven and God, other than the CROSS. You can tell those around you in hell that you never found it either! Time is running out!

8. You hear a lot of people speaking of “Being in the right place at the right time.” More so when they had something good happen to them, well 2 Corinthians 6:2 says “For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” Time is running out!

9. Today is your day of salvation. Will you come to Jesus right now? Time is running out!

10. The timing of God can be for YOU right now! “Who knows whether YOU have come into His kingdom for such a time as this?” Check your watch/clock right now, for it is your time to choose! Accept or to reject God. InternetpreachersforChrist.co.uk Time is running out!
