The actor also agrees to adhere to any agreed upon schedule and make themselves available if needed for additional voice or sound work after filming. Any commitments beyond the scope of the release are the sole responsibility of the production company.

exhibition, advertising, exploration or any other use of such motion picture or

By my signature here I understand that I will adhere to the schedule agreed to,
prior to the beginning of my involvement. I also agree, to the best of my ability, to
make myself available, if necessary, to record my voice and I and otherwise
perform any necessary sound work required after the filming.
I further acknowledge and agree to any other commitments beyond the scope
and the intent of this release are the sole responsibility of the above named
Production Company.
