•   Challenges:
     – Activate “PS complete 12” right at the
        on-premise venue where premium

•   Our approach:
     – Contact with KFC and Pho 24 –
        currently the 2 most premium fast food
        channels in Vietnam.
     – Activate the promotional campaign in
        12 consecutive days with games,
        discount, sampling and branding
        exposure
     – Design and produce all POSM for this
        activation campaign
•   Results:
     – Program was warmly welcome by
        consumers and business partners
     – Generate more than 10,000 unit sales
        for “PS Complete 12” within 12 days of
        the campaign
AIA
•   Challenges:
      – To organize a “Award Presentation
        Ceremony “ for AIA dealers .
      – The event must be very impressive
        but has flexible cost.
•   Our approach:
    Basing on AIA style, we decide to make a
    “Award Presentation Ceremony ” with the
    theme “Starry night”
      – To choose VinPearl – a famous resort
        in Nha Trang city.
      – To design impressive stage with the
        content is mentioned about the
        theme “Starry night”
      – To make more attractive with the
        wonderful award is the cup as the
        symbol of oscar
•   Results:
      – The party is more successful than
        expected
      – All guests are satisfied & happy

•   Challenges:
    -   To execute the biggest promotion of Vinamilk at
        Supermarket system in HCM city and Ha Noi.
    -   Increase sales from 40 billion to 100 billion in 3
        months.
•   Our approach:
    -   Create and consult the whole service packet of
        the program about idea, design, production,
        execution…
•   Results:
    -   Make the best impression of Vinamilk’s image
        to consumers.
    -   Achieve 70% sales of the beginning target.

•   Challenges:
     – To organize an impressive Press Conference for
        launching new products of AVON in Vietnam market.
     – To hold an exciting and special night to introduce AVON
        new products to SRs in Vietnam.

     – To determine New World Hotel is the best place to
        organize Press Conference & Launching AVON new
        products. New World is one of the most famous hotels in
        Vietnam and of course this place will impress on the
