This document outlines the action plan of the College of Education Department at Cebu Technological University for the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. The key areas of focus are curriculum development, faculty development, and student development. For curriculum development, the department will review and update syllabi and instructional materials. For faculty development, the department will conduct seminars and trainings to enhance teaching skills and encourage faculty to pursue further studies.
