Oversee and manage the electronic proposal submission process for individual Principal Investigators; maintain
knowledge of complex processesand continually changing sponsor guidelines; develop and manage timelines,track

Oversee and manage sponsored project activity for assigned faculty and other grant holders; ensure the integrity of

Facilitate teamwork among ONR staff and with other staff across the SON who support faculty and student research
to facilitate a coordinated infrastructure for research. Assist Associate Dean for Research with measuring,
analyzing and reporting SON and ONR research activities and productivity. Writing and managing SON research
infrastructure grants and help to write and edit NIH, CDC, RWJ and all other foundation and federal grants. Work
individually on training and research with pre and post-doctoral students. Maintain current knowledge of University
policies and procedures for responsible conduct in research including compliance with all applicable federal, state
and local laws and regulations.
