3.1. Stabileste modul de realizare a activitatii, compartimentele/serviciile si persoanele
implicate;

4.1. Precizarea (definirea) activitatii la care se refera procedura operationala
Procedura se aplica in vederea contractarii si achizitionarii produselor, serviciilor si
lucrarilor cuprinse in programul anual al achizitiilor publice, prin cumparare directa,
conform bugetului aprobat de ordonatorul principal de credite.
4.2. Delimitarea explicita a activitatii procedurate in cadrul portofoliului de activitati
desfasurate de entitatea publica:
In cadrul desfasurarii activitatii de analiza a ofertelor, compartimentul de achizitie
publica , urmareste la momentul achizitionarii , caracterul tehnico – economic al
produsului, serviciului sau lucrarii.
4.3. Listarea principalelor activitati de care depinde si/sau care depind de activitatea
procedurata
Incheierea de comenzi sau contracte pentru achizitionarea de produse, lucrari sau
servicii, in vederea asigurarii desfasurarii activitatii in conditii normale in cadrul
institutiei.

7.1. Generalitati – procedura stabileste modalitatea de analiza si evaluare a
ofertelor pentru achizitionarea de produse, servicii si lucrari prin cumparare directa.
7.2. Documente utilizate:

Documentele necesare pentru achizitionarea de produse, servicii sau lucrari sunt
urmatoarele :
- ofertele depuse la sediul institutiei sau publicate de operatorii economici in
Serviciul Electronic de Achizitii Publice ;
7.2.2. Continutul si rolul documentelor:

solicitate de compartimentul de achizitie publica.
