Step 1: Evaluate
- Ask the RIGHT questions
  •   Is the company achieving its goals?
  •   How is it ranked among competitors?
  •   Why do your customer’s buy from you?
  •   Do you add value?
  •   What does your future hold?
  •   Etc
Step 2: Competitor’s Profile

• Identify
  – Competitor’s key areas of strength & weaknesses
  – Know where to attack
  – Know what reinforcement should be done
Step 3: Visualize
• Know what is in store for the future
  – Companies should have a Very clear picture of
    their future


• Find out what others are doing to stay ahead
  of the industry
  – Keep your competition close
  – Stay ahead of the game
Step 4: Create Value Inside 4 Walls
• Think like a Consumer
