Assistant Manager Production Engineering for Door Frames.
1) In charge of overseeing all Door Frame Activities and delegating
projects to one Production Engineer and one Production Engineer
Technician.

June 1994 to December 1995
Production Engineer for Door Frames.
1) Assisted with the Start-up of 299 glass guide and roof channel lines.
2) Implemented new X-Y table and controller for two spot welders.
a) Increased weld capability.
b) Reduced cycle time.
c) Reduced downtime.
3) Modified glass guide tooling to reduce changeover time by 10 minutes per
shift.
4) Assisted in planning and coordinating the start-up for the P-90 GM Malibu
door frame. Controlled a budget of 7.4 million dollars for the project.

April 1993 to June 1994
Production Engineer for Moulding. (Part Form Area)
1) Modified 787/088 saw machine datum location to improve process capability
for the length of cut.
2) Assisted with 299 Avalon moulding start-up. (P.F. Area)
3) Assisted in planning and coordinating the 285 Toyota Tacoma door belt
moulding. (P.F. Area)

March 1991 to April 1993
Production Engineer for Machining Drum and Rotors.
1) Assisted in 787 Camry model change.
2) Assisted in planning and coordinating 005/006 Prizm/Corolla model change.
3) Investigated and corrected Camry rotor balance machine problem that was
producing approximately 12% scrap. (approximately 216 pcs. per day)
4) Increased stone life and reduced the frequency of redressing stones in grinding
machine from 8,500 pcs to 12,000 pcs.
