1. Settlements Department Overview
Securities Operations are responsible for the settlement of Fixed Income & Equity transactions. They are
responsible for supporting the operational requirements of trading and sales staff globally and settle transactions
in over thirty countries. Individual is responsible for dealing with all aspects of International & Domestic
settlements, covering the main European countries, along with a large number of emerging markets. The area is
also responsible for monitoring and resolving cash and stock positions, and fails on a daily basis, and to ensure
accurate records are maintained by working to strict deadlines.
Main Function
To ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades by following the procedure and benchmarks are met.
Main Responsibilities
✓ Pre-matching
✓ Client and security static requests
✓ Fails management
✓ Cover ‘short’ positions
✓ Monitor and clear system exception queues
✓ Manual instructions
✓ Funding
✓ Security cross-border movements
✓ UAT (when required)
✓ Maintain up to date procedures
✓ Cash and stock reconciliations
Person Requirements
Qualifications / Education:
Minimum graduation (B.SC, B.Com e.t.c.) & above
Experience Required:
✓ Fresher’s/Minimum 1 year experience
Skills and Knowledge:
✓ Good verbal and written communication skills.
✓ Excellent market knowledge and up to date experience of processing European/EMEA Fixed Income &
Equity Settlements.
✓ Good knowledge around Investment Banking & Trade life cycle.
✓ Ability to prioritise and work under pressure, with minimal supervision, whilst still ensuring all deadlines
are met and both the quantity and quality of work produced is to a consistently high standard
✓ An enthusiastic and pro-active team player, with common sense and patience.
✓ A flexible attitude to working hours.
✓ A proven track record demonstrating commitment and reliability to the job.

2. Asset Servicing Department Overview
Asset Servicing Operations are responsible for asset setup and trade data entry in the accounting system,
corporate actions sourcing instruction and processing. This Asset Servicing Analyst will primarily work in Corporate
Actions but will have opportunity to learn and cross train in the other business functions.
Main Function
To ensure accurate and timely settlement of all corporate events by following the procedure and benchmarks are
met.

✓ Corporate Actions Event Set up
✓ Client and security static requests
✓ Monitor and clear system exception queues
✓ Funding
✓ Maintain up to date procedures
✓ Cash and stock reconciliations
✓ Fails management
✓ Payments processing to internal and external counterparties
Person Requirements
Qualifications / Education:
