1) The thesis aims to describe the importance of financial indicator forecasts for expert witness services. 2) It comprises five chapters that discuss the current situation, objectives and methodology of forecasting, and apply forecasting processes to practical data from a company to predict profits for the next five years. 3) The main focus is to justify the need for forecasts in expert witness work and to evaluate the outputs and strengths/weaknesses of simple regression and ARIMA models used to create the forecasts.
