This paper discusses the development of a multiplatform content management system (CMS) using the Zend Framework, highlighting its capability for responsive web design and efficient application development. It emphasizes the advantages of using Zend Framework's MVC architecture and the necessity for websites to accommodate the increasing use of mobile devices. Ultimately, the paper concludes that employing frameworks and responsive design enhances developement efficiency and maintainability of web applications.
