About
Scott Beale is an accomplished entrepreneur, business developer, and aviation
professional. He obtained his Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic license when he
attended the King School of Aeronautics in 1993. His expertise in commercial sales
and marketing of aviation products, government contracting, maintenance repair
operations, and many others, has afforded him executive positions in various
aviation firms.
He founded, developed, and managed Flightworks Inc. and The Paulding Jet
Center, as CEO and President for over a decade. Scott spearheaded the
negotiations to acquire Mountain Aviation, having it operate as a Flightworks
company. His competency in acquisition has made the transition from the previous
owner smooth and successful. Mountain Aviation obtained a 300 percent increase
in net pre-tax profit within the first 18 months of acquisition, via integration
activities, improvements in efficiency, changes in policy, and total diligence.
Scott was an Assistant Logistics Manager in U.S. Check Corporation from 1992 to
1996 where he was responsible for directing more than 500 flights daily for a
commercial air transport firm that accommodates all major U.S. cities. He was
accountable for the staff workflow management of over 300 employees.
Following his stint at U.S. Check, he became the General Manager and Vice
President of Business development of Avtech Executive Flight Center where he
managed the budget and P&L performance having a successful revenue growth
that averages 47 percent year after year for four consecutive years, from 1996 to
2000.
