HYVA IT Solutions Founded in 2003 is a Trans-National Information Technology, Services,
consulting and multimedia company with Indo-UK Holding. HYVA provides end-to-end business

clientele. This is because of a seasoned management team that directs HYVA’s fast-paced
growth. under the leadership of its Chairman Mr. Andrew Gregory and Managing Director Mr.
Hyder Vali.

Johnson (Executive Director) they bring in decades of collective industry experience and lead an
in-house team of over 50 employees, both technical and support staff.

The Indian operations team is led by Suresh Ram (Head Operations) , Shaik Ehteshamuddin (Head
software) and Altaf Hussain (Manager – Technical Solutions)., the Indian team is backed by
