enrolled in the Midtown School of Business, supporting himself by working as a merchandise assistant
and supermarket packer. After graduating from the Midtown School of Business, he secured a job as a
sales representative with Frostee’s Friendly Store in Queens, New York.
In 1981, Subraj founded Zara Realty, acquiring an apartment complex in Jamaica in the borough of
Queens. Since then, he has worked hard to establish Zara Realty as a high quality rental housing
company with impeccable service. Through the years, Zara Realty has built a reputation for comfort,
