8 years working experience as an office assistant in Arjan Resorts Private Limited, a company which mainly
deals with hotel and resort business.
During my tenure of working I have gained exposure in following areas:-
Area of Exposure:
 Working as a cashier and mainly daily records of cash book and Bank Book.
 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis.
 Participating in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit.
 Processing and documentation of various compliances under FEMA relating to preparation and filing of
Annexure-1 Form- FC-GPR Part-a & Part-B.
 Drafting replies to RBI in accordance with the regulatory framework.
 Maintaining the company’s books of accounts in computerized format, transferring them to the
auditor’s network and getting them audited by the statutory auditor.
 Continuous follow up with the statutory auditor/ financial consultant and tax auditor for statutory
compliances and other company related requirements.
 Opening and maintaining the company’s bank accounts in Goa and Kolkata.
 Management of the office correspondence and follow up with the lawyers, bankers, technical
consultants, etc.
 Follow up and field supervision aspect of the company properties and assets in Goa, Jaipur and Kolkata.
 Continuous interaction with bankers and the municipal authorities.
Post Qualification Experience:
Having a work experience of one year as a Management Trainee at M/s Manoj Shaw & Co,firm of Company
Secretaries from December, 2016 to November, 2017.
