Matthieu Thérond recommendation.
To Whom It May Concern,
It has been a great pleasure to work with Matthieu Thérond the last 6 month during his internship here at
AWM Network ApS.
Matthieu has proved himself to be an asset to our team, with his great personality, hard working
philosophy and modern thinking. He works in our sales team, where his primary duties is to deal with our
customers. Matthieu is in charge of the British market, where he hath put all his effort in. His duties is to
do a market analysis to find the right segment of potential customers. He has been using a lot of
different tools for that, all from Google to LinkedIn.
Direct sales is one of the main tasks. Matthieu has proven to be accepted and likeable to any company
he called. After a short period of time, Matthieu showed off his skills to succeed with that.
Relationship Management is one of the other important duties. Matthieu has a strong ability to talk to
everybody, which means his social skills are in the top and priceless. Anyone Matthieu is having a
conversation with, regardless it is a face to face conversation or on the phone, he always find the right
attitude and use his social skills to fit in.
Matthieu has proven that he will be a great addition to any company that is lucky enough to have him as
an employee.
Matthieu is very intelligent and follows direction consistently; he is also very personable and
approachable. If there is a task that needs to be completed he has proven he will be on target and on
time with all of the needed information. Matthieu has shown that he can work on his own or as part of a
team and be equally effective, he has a professional appearance and a great attitude.
