How To Register An Aadhaar
Card?
• All you need to do is to visit the nearest Enrollment Camp mostly Indian
Post with certain legal documents to register for an Aadhaar.
• You need to provide photograph and biometric scanning of ten
fingerprints and eye impressions (Iris Scan)
• The Enrolling agency gives us an enrolment number upon completion.
• Residents will be issued an Aadhar number within 20 to 30 days of
registration date.
How To Download Aadhaar Card?
The UIDAI has enabled the aadhaar card download option. The official website of
UIDAI i.e. http://uidai.gov.in/ helps in easy downloading of e aadhaar. The only
requirement is to follow simple set of steps described below.
Step 1:
Click on the e aadhaar portal of UIDAI’s official website uidai.gov.in You will find
it in the “aapka aadhar” section named aadhar enrollment.
Step 2:
Fill the necessary details as written in your aadhar card
receipt.
Step 3:
Submit the form
Step 4:
After getting confirmed click on the tab named download your
eaadhar. Clicking on the button the eaadhar gets downloaded in PDF format.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued a notification
making the Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC) and Aadhaar
issued is a valid proof of date of birth for obtaining PAN card.
