Pockets is a voicemail app that allows users to leave voicemail messages for people on Twitter. The recipient will be notified via a tweet with a link to listen to the voicemail. Users can enter the recipient's Twitter name, record a voicemail message by calling their phone number, then Pockets will send a tweet to the recipient with a link to listen. Recipients can then return voicemails by logging into Pockets and going through the same process. The app allows for communication outside of school hours and without exchanging phone numbers, and adds functionality beyond the 140 character limit of tweets.
