This document proposes using game theory to analyze distributed channel selection for interference mitigation in small cell networks. It formulates the problem as an exact potential game where the Nash equilibrium minimizes expected network interference globally or locally. It also designs a fully distributed, no-regret channel selection algorithm to find the Nash equilibrium solution in dynamic small cell network environments.
