Facilities Operations
Matt Scrogham is the Supervisor for
Facilities Operations. When you
place a Maintenance Work Order
online, he’s the one that assigns a
staff member to the work.
Placing a Work Order
• If you see an issue with the facility (i.e. light is out, door is not
locking properly, can’t get hot water in the showers), place a work
order online.
Placing a Work Order
• If you are a Lifeguard or Fitness Center Attendant, use Brett
Olson’s email (brettolson07@webster.edu) to log into the work
order system.
• If you are a Student Building Manager, use
websteruc@webster.edu to log into the work order system.
Emergency Maintenance
• If there is an issue with the building that needs emergency
maintenance response (i.e. toilet overflowing that won’t stop
running, exterior door that won’t lock at closing time), then you
need to get help immediately, rather than place a work order.
• Call Public Safety at 314-246-6911 and describe the issue.
• Notify Katie Knetzer (573-308-7626) and Brett Olson (217-653-
8998).
