     Mid Month Discussion: 10th-13th
     One on One: 14th-16th
     Survey Monkey: 20th-22nd
     End of Month Close

  C.P.R.
     • Complete your CPR for your chain(s) and send into RYW
     • Report any price issues to our national accounts and distributor to be adjusted
     • Report any immediate store conditions that need attention

  Mid-Month Discussion:
      •   Attending: Sales Manager / Chain manager
      •   Allocate at least 1 ½ hour
      •   Gain commitment on depletion goals: EWG, On-Premise, TTL
      •   Have completed market planner for the month and following month
      •   Review program activity in specific chains: Chain report
      •   Q: What is going right and what is going wrong?
      •   Q: Can I count on you to make the monthly goal?
      •   Make any necessary program adjustments
      •   Be specific in your assignment to your wholesaler

  Direct Reports One on One
      •   Review business with Mack
      •   Discuss forecasted close and reasons for variances
      •   Discuss chain account activity
      •   Commit to the monthly goal by state

  Survey Monkey
      •   Increase survey sample size: approx 150 accts
      •   Markets to include: Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, New Orleans, Baton
          Rouge, Lafayette, Kansas City, MO, St Louis, MO, Denver
      •   Recap provided back from RYW

  End of Month Close
     • Check distributor depletion numbers daily in every market
      •   Share survey results with your Distributor Sales Manager
      •   Manage to the mid-month number!
      •   Confirm the following months programs are in tact.
