Walk each room, check all finishes
Check all electrical to verify lights and outlets work, all cover plates are
installed and the main panel is marked up so breakers are identified properly
Verify that any data cabling is installed and terminated properly
Check all floor finishes and verify that all coverings are properly installed
Turn over keys to building and offices, verify that they work
Verify all toilets and sinks work and are sealed
Do drains have covers and work properly
Are any signs for rest rooms and handicapped installed
Check windows to make sure they are sealed and in working condition
Verify HVAC system is in working condition, are filter's installed
Is building cleaned such that it can be turned over to owner
Are all carpentry items installed (cabinets)
Does the fire protection system work, is it monitored
Get a copy of the G.C. name number and sub contractors with phone
numbers to call if needed
Verify posession of warranty letter's from the G.C. and sub contractors as
apropriate.
