Miami, FL - OB/GYN doctor and principal of the 975 Executive Offices, Sylvester Braithwaite, has
retained the services of Sonshine Communications to promote the grand opening of its revived 975
office space in North Miami Beach. The two story building, the former home of Sonshine
Communications, offers a variety of work spaces for any and all business needs.
“Sonshine Communications will be working alongside me to create a productive, yet stylish work arena
for local, national and international companies,” said Dr. Braithwaite. “Whether your business needs a
long term or temporary spot to work, the 975 Executive Offices can supply you with all of the
necessities.”
Sonshine will be assisting with public relations, advertising and creative services to build
clientele/tenants and to help the 975 Executive Offices to reach diverse target markets. Dr. Braithwaite
and his team will work to maintain the building and service the needs of the new tenants who reside in
the offices.
Dr. Sylvester Braithwaite has over 25 years of experience in the child health care field throughout the
U.S., Canada, West Indies and Europe. He currently serves as the Medical Director at Women and
Teen’s Health Care center in North Miami Beach. His specialties include reproductive health and
education, as well as Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Braithwaite is a graduate of the McGill University
Faculty of Medicine in Montreal, Quebec. As a health care provider and a renowned business leader, he
is making many plans to transform the 975 Executive Offices into a successful venture for everyone
involved.
Sonshine Communications is a Christian-based, minority owned and operated private corporation
providing an array of services in the realm of public relations, marketing, advertising, and graphic design.
